1. I'm not happy with your Services, What is the Refund policy?
Answer: There is a Cooling off Period on the Servers Access.
If you are Not Happy with our Services or Support in the First 15 Days, the Complete Payment is Refunded without Asking Questions. Later after 15 Days if you are not happy, the Payment will be refunded Pro-Rate.
2. How fast I can get access?
Answer: Generally the Access is Given within 5-10 minutes from the time paid, but can take Longer some times. We will send you an email with all the Details SAP Logon settings including initial password for SAP System login.
3. Will I be Assigned a Developer Key to my Account?
Answer: Yes, Developer Key Can be Assigned to your Account and is FREE. All you have to do is Send us an email Requesting for a Developer Key. It can take upto 24 Hours to Generate the Developer Key.
4. Will I be able to do ABAP programming and Coding?
Answer: Yes, as soon as you get the Developer Key you will be able to.
5. Is Evaluation SAP software different form the one SAP AG uses in their training centers? Is it LEGAL to buy access services here?
Answer: We have a Lot of People Asking the same Question, why do we provide access services to EVALUATION versions of SAP products, and here is explanation.
Evaluation SAP software is exactly THE SAME as what SAP uses inside their training centers worldwide.
Licensed SAP Software CAN NOT be used for NON-PRODUCTION use, like providing access.
It is absolutely LEGAL to buy services to access EVALUATION SAP software under the TERMS and CONDITIONS provided on our web site.
6. What are the Operating Systems I can use to use the services?
Answer: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 - 8 are 100% compatible.
You can use Mac OS, we will provide instructions for MAC OS, but you would need to email us after account is purchased.
We do not troubleshoot issues outside of SAP GUI installation and connectivity on your PC.
7. Will the SAP course material work if I sign up for your services?
Answer: All our systems have IDES pre-loaded data (except PI, BI, EP, Solution manager, SRM 7.0 as they do not come as IDES system). This is the same pre-loaded data used in SAP training academy, but there is no guarantee some specific course materials will work as they depend on SAP release and availability of specific customer data.

8. What Payment methods are accepted?
Answer:Payment by Paypal or Credit card. We donot Accept Payments by debit Cards, but to do so please add your Debit card to your paypal Account.
9: Is the system available 24/7?
Answer: Yes, it is! However, we take the systems down on the first Saturday of each month for routine maintenance and back-ups. This downtime typically last for about 8 hours. Like everyone else we are not immune to technical glitches and have to work through issues which may take extended periods of downtime. In these rare cases we will offer either a refund (full or partial) or free access time.
10: Can I use multiple computers to access the systems?
Answer: Yes, you can! You can use any computer and switch back and forth (i.e. between a work computer and a home computer).
11: How fast are the systems? How many people are on it?
Answer: We have a dedicated T1 line and have users from all over the world! Connection speed has never been an issue for our students. Also, we keep the number of users per server to a minimum and typically have an average of only 20 users online!
12: How often do you refresh the systems?
Answer: We typically refresh our systems every 6 months. That means your data will be available for a long time and you don't have to worry about re-doing all your work every 30 days as with the other providers that run illegal demo versions of SAP.
13: Can I switch between systems?
Answer: Yes, you can. We can switch your subscription from one system to another free of charge once every month.
14: Do I have access to all transactions & modules?
Answer: You have access to all user and configuration transactions for all functional modules, incl. FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, etc. However, we do restrict access to certain user maintenance and basis/system administration transactions to ensure a reliable environment for all SAP users.
